Purpose: The concept of a company having societal and stakeholder duties is widely acknowledged, its acceptance has exploded in the latest days. goal this study to look into how work attachment affects relationship between employee perceptions socially responsible acts managerial commitment. Methodology: This research article utilizes secondary data from research, journal papers, scholarly articles on subject area. focused domains which are influenced by corporate sector's efforts ethical business practices. learn what employees think about their organization’s social sustainability initiatives. Findings: CSR significant influence engagement, according study's findings, so8cial responsibility ability enhance attitudes behaviors while also helping businesses succeed, making it win scenario. As result, firms should prioritize programs order benefit workforce. Furthermore, four elements must be considered equally: economic, legal, ethical, discretionary duties. Each dimension an unavoidable ramification. findings reveal that philanthropic impact attitudes, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, even when not directly tied employees, these operate as crucial mediators perception behaviors. engaging activities, corporations consider participation levels. purpose establish paradigm for better understanding effect (CSR) workers’ at job.
